These rankings were compiled with the help of MLB stats, FanGraphs, misc. data, personal opinion, and some fairy dust I found hidden in Shoemaker’s beard.

– | – | 2 | 2 | We may need Cron’s bat in 2015 with Josh Hamilton (and even if Josh does come back). Somehow Cron even hit 2 triples in spring training on his way to a .426 avg and his best spring training yet. |

– | – | 8 | 8 | A good spring for Aybar. HR, .309AVG, 2 doubles and 2 triples. Let’s hope he can put up offensive numbers like he did in 2014. |

– | – | 9 | 9 | Giavotella likely earned the starting second base job even though it hasn’t yet been announced. Scioscia is a last minute guy. .368OBP with 5 walks, 5 doubles, 2 triples and a home run. He also played some great defense. |

– | – | 10 | 10 | A whole bunch of Ks (12) but .357OBP, a triple, double and HR. Kubitza could be a solid backup third baseman in 2015 though he may not make the active roster. |

– | – | 16 | 16 | Green was my favorite for the second base job then spring happened. He might even start in AAA. Ouch. ZERO walks, a .250AVG and a triple. Pretty blah. |

– | – | 17 | 17 | Rutledge can’t hit. He is barely better than sucky hitting Butera. .192 in spring? 14Ks? Yep. Let him go Dipoto. We gave up Diaz for this?? |
